How to request account deletion
Option 1 — From the app
- Open the SolGuide app
- Go to Profile (bottom right tab)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request to our support address from the email linked to your account:
Request deletion by emailWe will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email.
What data is deleted

| Account (email, name, profile) | Deleted immediately |
| Saved routes & itineraries | Deleted immediately |
| Community photos uploaded by you | Deleted immediately |
| App preferences & language settings | Deleted immediately |
| Anonymous analytics (non-identifiable) | Retained — cannot be linked to you |
| Purchase receipts (legal obligation) | Retained up to 7 years (tax law) |
